Due to the limiting technology in domestic prosthetic science, Johnson Pros. & Orth. Laboratories. Incorporated founder, Mr. Johnson Yeh, went to the United States to undertake the professional prosthetic course with the invitation of U.SMC.’s President, Morgen Green. After the successful evaluation by U.SMC. , he became the official distributor of U.SMC.’s Lower Extremity series and has received positive feedbacks from domestic patients. |

Johnson Pros. & Orth. Laboratories. Incorporated becomes the sole official distributor of HOSMER DORRANCE CORP.’s products and marketing in Taiwan. In the following year, Mr. Johnson Yeh’s skill in prosthetic installation has been recognized by the Taiwanese government and became the official installer of prosthetic arm for combat personal. |

Johnson Pros. & Orth. Laboratories. Incorporated founder, Mr. Johnson Yeh undertook and completed the theory and practical study in physical rehabilitation in Duke University, Durham, North Carolina, United States. He is presented with the certificate in 20th of November, 1973. |

receives personal instruction from OTTO Bock president, Max Nader
Johnson Pros. & Orth. Laboratories. Incorporated is the first to become the distributor of OTTO BOCK, prosthetic and orthotic components manufacturer from Germany. Founder, Mr. Johnson Yeh become the first person in Taiwan to accept the invitation by the President of OTTO BOCK to receive full training in prosthetic and orthotic components, tools, and fabrication materials in the headquarters of the company.

Johnson Pros. & Orth. Laboratories. Incorporated imported and became the distributor of British BLATCH FORD & SONS LTD. through a series of evaluations. It provides multi-functional electronic prosthetic and orthotic components and multi dimensional technology, the first of the kind at that time. |

The founder of Johnson Pros. & Orth. Laboratories. Incorporated completed the GII training with Vancouver GENERATION II ORTHOTICS INC., bringing state-of-the-art orthotics manufacture and installation into the domestic field, and at the same time introduced the customized and prefabricated knee braces for degenerative arthritis with excellent feedback from patients and orthopedics alike. |

Johnson Pros. & Orth. Laboratories. Incorporated became the major distributor of American Townsend Design knee braces for Ligament Injuries and degenerative arthritis. The products have received positive feedbacks from patients as not only are they able to prevent the worsening of the injuries or illness, it offers a comfortable solution and a significant improvement to the recovery of the patients.

Due to patients with special needs, Johnson became the distributor of American Spinal Technology Inc.’s night time only providence scoliosis system. This new product is able to replace the 23hrs usage of traditional daytime braces for Taiwan’s adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients. |
